Haven’t you mom taught you not to get on/off a moving vehicle?

I encountered a rather crazy bus driver today. She was insane! She likes to drive when the door is open and people are still lining up to pay for their ticket. Even though it was drive forward, its still dangerous. As I got in, I didn’t know what she wanted me to do but she suddenly said “I’m sorry I’m going to have to move the bus forward” My first instinct is NEVER get off the bus, it was move further inside so i don’t fall off! What was bad was this elderly woman didn’t hear what the driver say and attempt to get on, i think she trip a bit but it was all good. INSANE BUS DRIVE COMING YOUR WAY, BEWARE OF 425.

There’s no point of me telling you the bus number because they change drivers quite frequently!

The day gets more and more insane, how far will one go for food at 11pm?

Before I tell you that I must say, how random was it that I got a visit from Bee at almost 9ish at night? I still think she is hiding something that i should know INSIDE! But great bitching session.. FOR ME LA!

Abby was hungry and whinny but knowing me, my house is always empty especially when we’re nearing the end of the week so she suggested we walk to KFC indroopilly but I said Hungry Jacks is nearer but I am not sure whether it is still open or not so…. To indroopilly we walked, and turns out KFC was close and ate Pizza Hut instead. We ate there and it was yummy because it was fresh from the oven, the cheese is still melted, the pepperoni (and abby kept going on about how she likes Salami) was crunchy! OOOMMMGGGG! Pizza Hut never tasted so good before.

Ah well, luckily we don’t have to walk back cos abby’s friend picked us up and he brought me Krispy Kreme donuts, i am soooo lining up the next time i’m in the city! SO LINING UP!

A decision with no regrets!

Posted by jossbong on Wednesday, May 14, 08

Why do one enjoy blogging? I don’t get it!

Why does blogging help one feel “better” after blogging?

There are some things in the world that is just not understandable!? Like, what goes through your mind if you see a girl going out with a guy, but you totally think she can do better or he can do better, as in A LOT better, as in i-will-rather-die-than-be-seen-in-public-with-that-guy (you might say love is blind but I don’t buy it).

I don’t understand how people choose to stay in a place where they have stayed for all their lives when they have the opportunity to go out to the world?! I’m talking about the people with opportunities here. How can one stand to stay in a dull-boring country when they have a chance to leave, and gain experience (Don’t give me the “i-love-my-home crap” because i don’t buy it as well, its either you have a boyfriend/girlfriend back home without the similar opportunity as you do or….*thats all i can think of)!?

I’m not one to give up chances, and i take every opportunities i get. You know whats the worst, dating someone in high school and giving up your future because of him, and get dumped in between cos he found a more capable woman or just a plain whore.

I have heard some stories from my mom about my cousins, its pretty sad. I swear I’ll never be like them. Never let one guy hold me down! Grab hold of your opportunity, its a big world out there. Who knows you might meet someone better in that BIG BIG world.

I’m superwoman, or wonder woman!

But then again, its a tough world we’re all living in..

I was Fearless!

Posted by jossbong on Wednesday, May 14, 08

What scares you the most?

Clowns? Exams? Dying? Monsters? Pain?

I was fearless, but after i opened my QUT mail it felt like as if my worst nightmare has arrived. I have been informed that my first assignment is all marked and ready waiting for me at “assignment minder”.

To be honest, my first assignment is the worst of all because it was the first assignment after three months, i totally forgot how assignments are done, it was more of a historical essay but yet they still asked me to form a freakin’ argument.

I don’t know what to do? I don’t know how to calm myself, I DON”T KNOW………………..!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

———————————————————-

And I was thinking to myself, hmmm, i can NOT open my assignment sheet and find out my marks a bit later, maybe till i get home. Funniest thing happen, did you know they put the God-damn marks on the outside of the assignment, yea they freaking do.

I picked up my assignment, while thinking of when to open it, and there it was my marks. CB! Actually, i should be glad I passed but what to do I’m ASIAN. Did you know that we are all KIASU? Oh, don’t deny it buddy because no matter how hard you try to convince me you’re not, YOU ARE!

Heck, I was raised up in a “non-pressure”/ just work as hard as you can family and even I AM kiasu. Don’t tell me you don’t try to find out what your friends get, ever!? Don’t tell me you don’t feel better/worse about yourself after you find out what they got!?

“WHAT!? That loser did better than me!?” might be going through your brain at times

but i think you will feel better if,

“OH MY GOD! He/She suck! I did this last minute but yet my marks are better than his” was going through your mind.

Everyone does it! Don’t deny it because I DON’T BELIEVE YOU!

Anyways, as i was saying, i should be happy with my marks because it was the first assignment and i was kind of lost on a lot of things, i was not sure of a lot of things and I didn’t ask. Thank God I passed.

Oh, that was not i was thinking when i received my assignment, really it wasn’t!

My two days worth of thoughts.

XOXO,
JossBong

This assignment has no EXAMS, phew BUT there’s THREE assignments, and it looks hard because I have no idea what it means. Heck, I have no idea what everything means, how am i gonna get a job now seeing my assignments are so hard which means i have to devote extra time and effort! Oh crap it, i’m so looking forward to the holidays now that my brain is wired, all tangled up! God SAVE me..

You smart asses (business, engineering people, etc) might think my course looks easy compared to yours. To be honest, it is but…. also its not because people are trusting you with their kids and trusting you to educate their kids. Who knows, one of the kids might be the future president or something. It’s not an easy job, you know!? Its harder when people trust you to do what’s right for their kids. Oh shit, what have i gotten myself into.

You know what i find confusing? Teaching to teach, and writing an exam on how to teach is different! I don’t know how to relate what i’ve learnt (to teach, ie literacy, etc) on a piece of paper but i guess i’ll figure it out after studying my ass off! Oh, i so want that camera!

So my plan after every exam is to de-stress myself by GOING SHOPPING! Yes, it will help! June is THE month, its the most important month of my LIFE!

Online shopping

Posted by jossbong on Monday, May 12, 08

I’m not an online shopper, I’m too picky and choosy with what I want. I must make sure I look good in it and test wear it like a lot and think about whether I want it or not. I might think I look good in something, but I will never really know till I test it.

I know my life will be so much easier if I’m not so picky! Just today I was walking through Queen St, and I found this sweater that I really want, I haven’t test it yet so I wouldn’t know if it looks good or not. Maybe tomorrow i will go try it on, it looks warm-y and winter is coming. I think I’ll be warmer with a jumper!

Oh, I was looking through the Roxy website where shopping online is available. Again, picky so just a number that I think its pretty!

Or maybe because the model wears it so nicely that I want it! Ah, the art of advertisements.

Till then, XOXO.

Techy of my dreams…

Posted by jossbong on Sunday, May 11, 08

My wish list!

The Blackberry 8800 series

I know I just got a new phone like for 2 and a half months, but I kind of regret it already because I’m eye-ing on THIS baby! The phone of my dreams I’m going to get.. Not soon, but maybe two years later.

The Nikon D40x

Every girl’s dream is to get a SLR, hopefully I get it by the end of the year. I’m still stuck between Nikon D40x and D60. I think I’ll make up my mind by the end of this year plus if I get three distinctions out of 8 units. *Fingers crossed*

Apple Macbook Pro

After so many years of using Windows, I’m officially sick of it! I probably have to go through two to three more years with my current computer before I get to have a new one. I’ll be sure to get a mac when that chance come by! My brother is the apple geek with his apple craps, so I wish i could convince him to get me THIS.. ;)
